Roncy Packs Rewards is our way of giving back to the community that keeps us inspired. Whether you’re new here or a longtime supporter, we’re here to thank you, with thoughtful perks and little surprises along the way.

How to join:

1. Go to roncypacks.com
2. Click on the Rewards icon in the bottom right corner
3. Enter your email
4. You're in! Your rewards points never expire and can be used both online and in-person!

How to earn:

• Earn 5x points for every $1 spent
• Celebrate your birthday +1000 points
• Like on Facebook +100 points
• Share on Facebook +100 points
• Follow on Instagram +100 points

How to redeem:

1. Go to roncypacks.com
2. Click on the Rewards icon in the bottom right corner
3. Sign into your account
4. Select "Ways to redeem"
   
5. Select a discount coupon or free shipping. Copy your discount code and use it at checkout!

Troubleshooting

When I sign in, it redirects me to this page and I don't see my rewards points!

"Shop app" user accounts may be redirected to our "Shop app" orders page. To head back:

1. Select the menu icon in the top left corner (three horizontal lines)
2. Select "Shop" in the drop down menu
3. Click on the Rewards icon in the bottom right corner. Your rewards points should now be visible.
